Xenophile [eyes of the earth]: Digital Composition 2022no.27 is a sequence of image files developed from four stock photos into layers of patterned forms. The layers are displayed in two thematic statements areas of which interact and evolve into a tracery design arrayed against a composite background of both statements together. At all points, the layers, forms and images follow an underlying grid structure keyed to the overall format.
